Complaints Procedure

We sincerely hope that you do not have cause for complaint, but should this be the case, here is the procedure for doing so:

Stage 1:  Contact our Director via email - paul.sherwood@deltamecocrewing.com and cc. crewdept@deltamecocrewing.com ensuring that the word 'COMPLAINT' appears in the Subject Header.

Stage 2: If we fail to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you are within your rights to escalate it by contacting the MCA via email - mlc@mcga.gov.uk
